IIM Ahmedabad: Programme On Strategic Human Resource Management (Oct 8-13, 2018)

We are pleased to inform you that the Indian Institute Management will be offering a six-day programme on “Strategic Human Resource Management” during October 8–13, 2018 at IIM Ahmedabad campus. The programme is meant for CEOs, Heads of HR and Strategic Management, senior executives involved in strategic planning and implementation and those who are responsible for designing and implementing organizational structure and human resource management systems.

Session Focus:

 To help participants appreciate the significance of human resource management as a strategic tool in organizations.

•       To develop the capability to understand strategic HR issues in organizations and thus enable the participants to make appropriate choices in a dynamic business environment.
